Free Wudang Qigong Classes Longmont Colorado

Wudang 5 Elements Qigong – Longmont, Colorado

This April I will be teaching Wudang five animals qigong on Tuesday nights from 5:45 to 6:45 at The Meditation Place.

Qigong is a traditional Chinese health practice that combines meditation, breathing, relaxation, and stretching techniques. Through coordination of breath and movement, relaxation and stretches are done in a standing position to help strengthen the body while promoting overall health. The 5 Elements Qigong is aimed at creating a balance of the 5 major organ systems of the body as classified in traditional Chinese medicine, including the heart, kidneys, lungs, and digestive systems. Each of the key postures also helps body alignment in both the skeletal and muscular system. Each class will focus on the foundations of all qigong practice with breathing techniques and relaxation, as well as the specifics of individual postures of the 5 Elements Qigong.
Cost is $5 suggested donation.

The Meditation Place is  located at 324 Main Street,  Longmont, Colorado
Our entrance is in the alley on the East side of the building.
